Here, you’ll be more than just a number cruncher - you’ll be a financial detective, ensuring every transaction is accurate and every vendor is happy. Where you come in:

• You will be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every transaction.
• You will maintain Vendor Master data, verifying information with Procurement or Legal, and updating our accounting system.
• You manage accounts payable records, process invoices with or without purchase orders, handle AR refunds, and apply VAT tax codes according to laws.
• You initiate both automatic and manual payment runs in our ERP system.
• You perform month-end and weekly tasks.
• You actively communicate with external customers and stakeholders.
• You participate in Accounts Payable testing activities.
• You contribute to issue resolution and process improvement initiatives.
• You collaborate closely with the Procurement team regarding purchase orders.
• You follow established procedures for routine work.
• You keep process notes updated.

What makes you successful:

• Your proficiency in accounts payable principles and accounting standards.
• You have strong knowledge of accounting software (Oracle or another ERP system) and Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel.
• Your keen attention to detail and ability to quickly learn systems.
• You possess excellent interpersonal skills and proficient verbal/written communication in English.
• You are self-motivated, proactive, organized, and able to work both within a team and independently.
• You maintain a positive attitude and can work in a fast-paced, growing company.
• You bring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role or GBS.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €1,997.50 to €2,350.00 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
