Role Responsibilities
Operating within the Credit & Collections team of highly motivated, business-oriented professional risk specialists, who control the whole credit and payments cycle in Benelux countries.
Building effective business relationships with our customers based on trust, respect, and rapport.
Handling the day-to-day client services and receivables processes and ensuring a smooth and proper credit risk assessment.
Working in close partnership with other departments in various countries and assisting customers, peers, and management.
Role Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Customer service experience.
Fluent in English and French languages (B2 level and above).
Knowledge of Excel.
Flexible and adaptable.
Ability to influence and drive execution.

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 1,175 – 1,733 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
