DescriptionIn Markets Services, we collaborate with diverse customers across the Nordics and other Danske Bank Group countries to ensure the smooth operation and success of our clients' businesses through efficient investment management and excellent customer service.
Currently, we are looking for a collaborative and eager-to-learn colleague in Vilnius who is interested in learning more about the investment field, including derivatives, foreign exchange, money markets, and collateral services. You will be responsible for various post-trade services, such as trade lifecycle management, settlement, investigations, and continuous process improvements.
Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority of the role.
You will:
- Support colleagues in the area with a wide variety of administrative tasks
- Process transactions on behalf of clients and stakeholders
- Perform controls and reviews of process steps
- Update our register of Standard Operating Procedures
- Collaborate with colleagues from front offices in the Nordics via email or phone
- Constantly improve and optimize processes using Lean principles
About you:
- Possess a higher education degree
- Attentive to details and capable of learning quickly
- A team-oriented individual who enjoys working collaboratively sharing knowledge, and having fun together
- Eager to develop skills and learn new things
- Experience in administration, banking operations, or customer service is advantageous
- Advanced English skills, both written and spoken
We offer:
Monthly salary range from 1560 EUR to 2340 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
