You will have an important role in the team and contribute significantly to the compliance unit, and by your own efforts, you will make sure our Bank and employees work well and do things right. You will report to the Head of Markets and Transaction Banking Compliance and handle matters regarding the Group’s recorded communication data.

You will:
- Conduct the controlling of the recorded communications and follow up on the results of the controlling
- Approve requests for retrieval or deletion of recordings and ensure they are executed
- Provide guidance to business units and other stakeholders
- Identify any irregularities or discrepancies as part of the review process and investigate, escalating as appropriate and document the processes in Business Procedures, Navigation sheets and other guidelines and documentations
- Analyze and identify critical data elements
- Develop expert knowledge of regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), while you also liaise and collaborate with IT Support, HR, Compliance, Front Office, and other business organisations
- Navigate in a complex organisational set-up, engage with colleagues across multiple teams, and work on fast-paced projects, balancing business needs and tight deadlines with accuracy, details, and analytical approaches
- Support the deployment of activities and contribute to the development and reputation of the team
- Document business requirements and analyze data at both high and low levels
About you:
About you (Mandatory):
- Excellent Excel user and experience in building macros, working with large data sets, graphing, etc.
- Advanced data skills with SQL, Power BI or similar
- At least 1-2 years of experience working with large data sets
About you (Advantageous):
- Confidence to challenge, critical thinking
- Previous experience in analysing, translating, and implementing business requirements into technical specifications for developers
- Experience in data collection and analysis, data quality assurance, and data modelling
- You thrive with independent tasks, can prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously, and still find it equally important to collaborate and succeed as a team
- Upper-Intermediate skills in English, both spoken and written. Furthermore, it would be a beneficial asset to be able to speak and write a Scandinavian language
We offer:
Monthly salary range from 1680 EUR to 2520 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
