I am Aida Balnienė, leading East Medium and Large Sales Team at Telia Lithuania, and I am currently looking for a B2B Sales Manager who would strengthen my team with their talent and experience and join us in Vilnius!

If you enjoy working in sales, technology, business, and customer relations, this job is for you. Your job is to take care of existing and future customer needs, advise them, and help them choose the right information technology and telecommunications solutions that will help their business grow. My team provides our clients - companies - with various IT, telecommunications, and mobile communication solutions. Our work objects are non-ordinary: insurance, logistics, and other major Lithuanian and foreign investor companies.

As a B2B Sales Manager, you will be:

  • Ensuring that sales targets are achieved
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationship with business clients through daily contact and visitations
  • Consulting business clients and handling their inquiries through emails and calls
  • Preparing commercial offers, handling negotiations, and securing contracts
  • Keeping an eye on competitive landscape
  • Collaborating across teams to address customer requirements.

Your personality:

  • Strategic and proactive doer
  • Solution oriented and customer focused
  • Effective communicator and collaborator
  • Self-driven professional with general interest in IT/telecommunication fields.

Your experience & skills:

  • Solid experience in B2B service or product sales
  • College or university degree
  • Lithuanian and English language (B2 level, spoken and written)
  • Driver’s license (category B).

Monthly salary range for this position: 2200 - 2400 EUR before tax deduction. Additionally, colleagues working in this position receive quarterly bonuses, which average 2700Eur before taxes and the amount is unlimited, depending on the results achieved.
