Business Controller tasks at Bonava covers:
- Support financial planning of real-estate projects by providing the detailed and meaningful insights and visibility on performance of projects by analysing financial and operational results.
- Securing of qualitative and timely management reporting and forecasting according to local business needs and requirements of Bonava Baltic and Group.
- Giving an input for planning of development projects (projects investment modelling, financial overview).
- Planning short term and long term cashflow for projects and cooperate with Bonava Treasury.
- Carrying various finance and internal controls-related tasks according to defined processes.
- Participate in finance system automatization and process improvement initiatives.
You will be reporting to: Head of Finance Bonava Baltic
Working in close cooperation with: Finance controller, Development managers and local management team in Bonava Lithuania and finance teams in all Baltic countries.
