As part of our efforts to build a strong go-to-market strategy, TeleSoftas, as a part of Helmes Group, is looking for a Business Development Lead to grow our strategic technology advisory and implementation firm. This role will be key in driving revenue growth across our target markets and focusing on industries. 

Challenges you'll tackle:

  • Drive strategic sales initiatives across target markets
  • Develop and optimize sales methodologies
  • Build and manage high-performing teams
  • Own key strategic relationships and deals
  • Create alignment between sales and delivery capabilities
  • Work closely with internal Business Units to align on sales strategies
  • Support Business Units in identifying opportunities for service expansion
  • Ensure the growth and development of direct reports by providing guidance, mentorship and support

Must to have:

  • Proven midmarket/enterprise sales leadership experience
  • Strong track record of building successful teams
  • Deep understanding of technology consulting business
  • Experience with complex solution sales
  • Strategic thinking and business planning skills
  • Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop effective go-to-market strategies
  • A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to overcome challenges, adapt to changes, and consistently deliver on targets

Nice to have:

  • Background in software development/IT consulting
  • Experience in target industries 
  • International team management experience

  • Strong network in target markets
  • Additional language skills relevant to target markets (German, Swedish, Norwegian, etc.)

For this position, we offer 3967 € - 4959 €/month gross salary plus a performance-based bonus.

The final offer will depend on your experience and competencies.
