We are currently seeking a talented: Business Development Project Manager
Your responsibilities:
- Hunt & Close Deals: Identify and acquire new European producers and brands as customers.
- Market Expansion: Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and industries.
- Solution Selling: Understand customer logistics challenges and present tailored transport solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key decision-makers.
- Negotiation & Pricing: Structure competitive offers while ensuring profitability.
- Industry Insights: Stay ahead of market trends, regulations, and competitors in China-Europe logistics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with operations, marketing, and product teams to align sales efforts.
Requirements:
- Proven Sales Performance in B2B
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in international markets
- Strong track record of winning high-value B2B deals, ideally with large manufacturers, FMCG, or retail brands.
- Experience in selling China-Europe transportation services (rail, air, sea, multimodal) is a plus.
- Strong Network & Market Knowledge.
- Existing network of contacts in European pharmaceutical, fashion, and e-commerce sectors.
- Understanding of global supply chain dynamics, logistics costs, and customs regulations.
- Results-Driven & Proactive Approach.
- High-energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a hunter mindset.
- Ability to independently drive business growth and exceed revenue targets.
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills.
- Strong presentation skills – able to sell complex solutions with clarity.
- Fluent in English (additional languages like German, Russian, French, or Chinese are a plus).
- Adaptability & Strategic Thinking.
- Ability to navigate complex logistics sales cycles and tailor solutions to customer needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of logistics challenges.

We offer:
Base monthly salary: 3290 EUR - 4110 EUR brutto + quarterly bonus system.
Depending on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the position's requirements are able to consider different salary ranges
