DescriptionWithin the Financial Crime Lifecycle Management tribe, you’ll find the Data & Modelling cluster, that consists of 4 squads (30 people across Lithuania, Denmark and India).
One of those squads is the Data Product Transformation squad (currently 4 employees and expected to grow) looking for a Chief Data Project Manager.
The Data & Modelling Cluster’s mission is to strengthen data usage in Financial Crime Prevention area of the Bank, and in this quest the Data Product Transformation squad drives a major transformation of Financial Crime Solutions towards a Data Driven Danske strategy, with instrumental contribution to Data Transformation projects across multiple business units.
As we are powering up the transformation of the data usage in the Bank, now is a fantastic opportunity to help drive and structure this transformation from an early stage to ensure that we are delivering on this very important strategy for the Bank. The transformation change covers multiple strategic initiatives, involving a wide range of stakeholders, both inside but also outside Financial Crime Prevention.
You have a highly communicative personality with a natural ability to engage with stakeholders and establish common ground for successful projects in a complex world of data.
Depending on your skills, knowledge, and experience, you may be offered different seniority in the role.
You will:
- Act as an accountable project manager for complex data transformation projects, spanning collaboration across multiple development and business units
- Drive and facilitate alignment across stakeholders such as business representatives and development product owners, architects, business analysts and developers
- Ensure alignment into quarterly and annual planning processes, including managing JIRA structure, refinement of initiatives, capacity estimations, managing dependencies etc
- Actively participate and contribute to the squad’s role as a center of excellence in data product transformation across Financial Crime Solutions
- Communicate effectively the objectives and commitments of the projects, incl. being an ambassador for both Data Driven Danske and data compliance
About you:
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
- 3+ years of experience in driving data management within IT development
- Experience with leading transformations
- Experience with regulatory compliance
- Experienced with Agile methodologies and ceremonies
- Ability to effectively break down and prioritise tasks and solve problems
- Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken

Monthly salary range from 4480 EUR to 6720 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
