Nasdaq is looking to hire a Client Support Analyst, located in Vilnius. As a member of the Client Support Team, focusing on supporting clients using Nasdaq IR Insight®.

As part of the Investor Relations Client Support Team, you will serve as a subject matter expert for Nasdaq’s desktop and mobile based Investor Relations workflow product, Nasdaq IR Insight®. You will provide reactive and proactive customer support via email, phone, and live chat, building and maintaining strong client relationships and provide day-to-day client support. Moreover, you will respond to a wide variety of inquiries, including but not limited to financial data questions, product functionality, technical questions, and industry best practices.

Your Day Will Include

  • Providing support and training to a wide range of client queries via email, phone, and live chat;
  • Working closely with a team of Product Specialists and Client Success Managers to provide outstanding customer service for a global client base;
  • Troubleshooting and facilitating the resolution of technical and data issues and inquiries;
  • Promote the product capabilities to clients;
  • Documenting and tracking all client interactions in Nasdaq's CRM system;
  • Acquiring and maintaining a strong working knowledge of the Investor Relations industry and keeping apprised of its regulations and updates.
  • Following directions and supporting senior team members in responding to customer needs.
  • Actively listening to customers and performing necessary duties consistently and reliably to meet customer expectations.

The Best-Suited Candidate

  • BS/BA degree in Business or Finance or some experience in client facing service roles such as customer support of PC hardware, software or web-based information tools and systems;
  • Familiarity with basic network access tools/systems and PC operating systems;
  • Passion for learning & mindset to grow understanding and knowledge of Investor Relations and Financial Markets;
  • Understanding of Microsoft Excel (including use of pivot tables, vlookup and other formulas) and keen to grow Excel skills, including the use of the Nasdaq IR Insight® Excel add-in.
  • Excellent presentation and remote training skills, experience using Zoom is a plus;
  • Problem solving and client engagement skills, including the ability to build and manage client relationships;
  • Positive attitude and deep customer service orientation - fundamentals include being friendly and engaging, professional, reliable, responsive, and proactive;
  • Willing to work within a rolling one week work shift, starting earliest 8am and finishing latest 7pm
  • Excellent communication skills in English language.

Monthly salary (before tax): from 2100 to 2400 EUR, depending on your level of experience.
