Your day-to-day:
- Take responsibility for revenue from both proxy products and self-service customers.
- Develop and optimize pricing strategies for new products, features, and rate plans, while refining existing offerings such as add-ons and extra features.
- Conduct market research to evaluate our products against competitors in terms of functionality, allowances, pricing, and positioning.
- Collaborate closely with client-facing teams to gather customer feedback, translating insights into actionable business decisions Serve as a key stakeholder for product teams, collaborating on decision-making processes, prioritize features, and align outcomes with business goals.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
- Analyze customer base and market conditions to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for product optimization.
- Initiate campaigns to drive value within the existing customer base through upsell, cross-sell, and retention efforts.
- Support the direct manager in shaping the company’s overall growth strategy.
Your skills & experience:
- Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Previous experience in commercial roles involving defining or contributing to product offerings, client segmentation, and customer base management. Familiarity with product management is advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in a subscription-based business would be a plus.
Salary:
- Gross salary: 2480 - 3970 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
