Creative Strategist

eJam is seeking a full-time, Creative Strategist who possesses a strong understanding of content marketing and a passion for creating innovative and effective advertising strategies. As a Creative Strategist at eJam, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative ideas and concepts for video ads on various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and collaborate with a team consisting of copywriters, videographers, and account managers to create compelling and engaging video ad content.
• Analyze current industry trends across platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram to identify opportunities for innovative advertising strategies.
• Generate creative and data-driven angles, ideas, and concepts for client video ads, ensuring alignment with eJam's branding and tone.
• Maintain the vision of each project from conception to completion, ensuring consistency and alignment with the overall marketing goals.
• Analyze performance data of video ads using platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads to optimize and measure their effectiveness.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, preferably in a creative or marketing role.
• Strong passion for marketing and a deep understanding of content marketing principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and respond quickly to project requirements.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Knowledge of direct response marketing or copywriting is a plus.
• Data analysis experience for platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads is preferred.
• Experience with UGC content creation on TikTok or other social media platforms is a strong advantage.
• Optional film production experience would be beneficial but not required.

Salary:

• Starting from: €3,000 per month (before taxes)
