Meet the Team:

Join our Customer Service team, where you will interact directly with patients and their families. As a Customer Service Representative, Italian Speaker, you will play a vital role in providing comfort and assistance to Dexcom users, ensuring a high-quality experience with our products and services.

Where You Come In:

  • Answer incoming calls, place outbound calls, and respond to emails and social media requests in a timely manner, documenting all correspondence in the company’s CRM.
  • Support multiple lines of business depending on capacity and strategic priorities.
  • Provide guidance to Dexcom customers/patients on product offerings and e-commerce platform usage.
  • Utilize Salesforce/Genesys for managing incoming workloads.
  • Troubleshoot and seek solutions to problems received from Dexcom customers/patients.
  • Assume and perform other duties as assigned by the department.

What Makes You Successful:

  • You have a strong customer focus, empathy, and the ability to listen and assist patients with their inquiries.
  • You are fluent in both English and Italian.
  • You bring 1+ years of experience in operations or customer support.
  • Your communication skills are excellent, with strong verbal and written abilities and a great phone manner.
  • You are a collaborator, able to drive results and work well with others.
  • You are a problem-solver, able to work independently and with other teams.
  • Your proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is solid.
  • You can interpret reports, and follow documentation such as procedure manuals, operating instructions, and safety rules.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience and a High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €1,643.33 to €1,933.33 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
