Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and implement Microsoft D365 CRM solutions based on business requirements;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, propose solutions, and provide technical guidance;
- Customize D365 application forms, views, workflows, and plugins to streamline business processes and enhance user experience;
- Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and other systems using Azure DevOps pipelines, APIs, and middleware technologies;
- Configure and optimize D365 environments, including security settings, data migration, and system performance tuning;
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the quality and reliability of D365 CRM solutions through thorough testing and validation;
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Dynamics 365 CRM applications and integrations;
- Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 features, best practices, and industry trends;
- Document technical designs, solution architectures, and deployment procedures;
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimisation and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Higher education;
- 2-4 years of experience in system design or information systems analysis;
- Experience implementing Microsoft D365 (CRM) based solutions;
- Understanding of CRM related processes and business value for having a CRM system;
- Go-getter attitude and strong customer-centric approach to implementation work;
- Confidence in managing multiple tasks and priorities.
