Vacancy: Dynamics 365 Solution Finance Specialist
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (Hybrid)

Johnson Matthey IT (JM IT) is Johnson Matthey’s global IT function responsible for ensuring that our IT capabilities are not only able to support and integrate technologies but can also offer insight into future IT tools that could provide us with a competitive edge and improved operating efficiencies. 

The D365 Solution Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and launching efficient business, financial and operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes. This includes gathering and analysing data in support of business cases, proposed projects and systems requirements as well as governance over solutions proposed by 3rd parties. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximise the benefit of Dynamics 365 system investments.

Your responsibilities:


•    Meet with decision makers, systems owners and end users in order to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues. 
•    Take part in design sessions in prototyping new systems in order to enhance business processes, operations, and information process flow.
•    Review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies in order to improve or further leverage these systems.
•    Identify and establish scope and parameters of systems analysis in order to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions.
•    Provide governance over the solutions proposed by third party developers.
•    Implement solutions on the D365 platform.
•    Collaborate in the planning, design, development and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications in order to deliver new business capabilities.
•    Create system design proposals in order to improve operational efficiency and/or capability.
•    Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems in order to aid management in making implementation decisions.
•    Ensure compatibility and interoperability of in-house computing systems in order to improve operational efficiency.
•    Create systems models, specifications, diagrams and charts in order to provide direction to system programmers.
•    Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation support in order to ensure quality of delivered systems.

Requirements for the role:


•    Practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts 
•    Extensive practical knowledge Excel usage in compiling and analysing information
•    Proven experience in the operation and analysis of database, software and standards, as well as data retrieval methodologies
•    Proven experience in delivering at least one full Dynamics 365 implementation in an international organisation.
•    Minimum of two years of experience with D365 Finance/BC
•    Team player able to deal with ambiguity and overlapping priorities.


How you will be rewarded:


Salary range for this position is from 40,500 to 61,000 EUR per year depending on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. This role is also eligible to receive discretionary annual bonus that align with individual and company performance.
