E-commerce specialist

What you will do as a eCommerce specialist: 

• Develop and execute strategies for creating, optimizing, and managing product listings across Walmart and eBay to meet set KPI’s.  
• Analyse marketplace performance metrics to identify growth opportunities, improve rankings, and meet revenue targets. 
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO optimization to enhance product visibility and rankings.  
• Ensure all listings are compliant with platform policies and manage issues such as listing suspensions or other marketplace-related challenges. 
• Lead advertising efforts, including managing PPC campaigns, bidding strategies, and performance analyses to achieve ROAS and sales targets.  
• Use data-driven insights to monitor and adapt to marketplace trends, pricing landscapes, and competitor actions.  
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality assets such as product images, videos, and enhanced brand content to maximize conversions.  
• Track and report on key success metrics such as conversion rates, customer reviews, return rates etc. 

We expect: 

• More than 3 year of relevant work experience  
• Command in oral and written English  
• Proven experience managing marketplaces such as Walmart, eBay, Amazon or similar platforms  
• Knowledge of SEO, PPC campaign management, and data analysis tools.  
• Experience in CRO, A/B testing, and creativity-based decision making.  
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with creative, supply chain, legal, logistic, and customer service teams.  
• Demonstrated success in achieving growth targets and managing marketplace challenges.  
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary range   

Gross salary from 3300-4200 EUR/Month, depending on your experience.
