Job Description
Create best practices for sending emails, including abuse detection and prevention emails
Monitor the deliverability, metrics and effectiveness of emails
Provide insights and recommendations on product changes and improvements to increase email delivery rates
Identify abusive activities, and define and configure abuse detection systems and other abuse prevention activities
Act as a consultant to internal stakeholders and Wix users on email best practices
Handle mitigation requests with ISPs and blacklists
Own the communication with 3rd-party partners regarding email sending and delivery services
Work closely with customer success and development teams
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in the IT industry in a trust and safety, support or quality assurance role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience in client-facing consulting, and working with cross-functional teams
Self-driven and able to take initiative without explicit instruction
Good time management skills and attention to details
Understanding of the intricacies of email technology, including sending strategies, authentication, reputation, data hygiene, privacy, permissions, anti-spam policies and more – an advantage

Salary range is 2500 - 4000 Eur GROSS / month (Total package, including equity)
