Engineering Manager

As a Engineering Manager, you’ll:    

• Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and innovation. 
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and deadlines. 
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, guiding architectural and design decisions, and supporting engineers in solving complex problems. 
• Implement best practices for performance management, setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and conducting performance reviews. 
• Work closely with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and delivery of high-impact projects. s and components.
   

We expect:   

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role, with a strong track record of managing and developing high-performing cross-functional teams. 
• Solid experience in one of the following programming languages: Swift, Kotlin, Typescript, JavaScript. 
• Strong project management skills with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.

Salary range    

Gross salary from 6000 – 7500 EUR/Month, depending on your experience.
