Are you inspired to shape a sustainable future in mobility and automotive? Modus Mobility (CityBee & MyBee) and Modus Automotive (Porsche, Bentley, and Aston Martin) are looking for an ESG Manager to lead sustainable progress.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing Modus Mobility and Automotive business lines’ compliance, ESG-managing related risks and ensuring adherence to EU regulations (EU Taxonomy, CSRD).
- Enabling collaborative efforts with strategic partners, including global vehicle manufacturers, to drive the mutual achievement of net-zero and other E&S targets.
- Facilitating comprehensive reporting for stakeholders and investors together with periodic communication with financial partners on ESG matters.
- Leading monitoring and reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Conducting sustainability assessments and implementing corrective action plans.
- Designing and delivering ESG training and awareness programs to all employees and partners.
- Engaging with different departments to co-create impactful social and environmental programs.
Requirements - 2-3+ years of experience in ESG, compliance, and impact reporting, with a strong ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory guidelines.
- A degree in Corporate Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field. ESG courses and certifications are a valuable advantage.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing sustainability reports and conducting data analysis to generate actionable insights.
- A strong understanding of international environmental and social regulations, especially EU standards (e.g., EU Taxonomy, ESRS, CSRD).
- Excellent project management skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in both English and Lithuanian.
- A proactive, “can-do” attitude with a passion for making a positive social and environmental impact.

Compensation
- Salary from €3700 gross. Salary will depend on assessment of candidate’s competencies, experience and skills relevant to job requirements.
