DescriptionApt Resources is seeking a nurturing and experienced Nanny to provide high-quality care for an infant/newborn in a VVIP Private Household in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infant care, possess excellent communication skills, and be dedicated to creating a safe, loving, and stimulating environment for the child. The role involves collaborating closely with the family to ensure the infant’s needs are met while maintaining a calm and organized atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Provide constant and attentive care, ensuring the infant's safety, comfort, and well-being at all times.
- Feed newborns according to the parents' schedule, including breastfeeding support or bottle feeding.
- Change diapers regularly and manage the infant’s hygiene, including bathing and dressing.
- Create a nurturing and soothing environment, helping to establish sleep routines and ensuring the newborn is comfortable.
- Engage the infant with age-appropriate sensory and developmental activities to promote growth.
- Track and document developmental milestones, feeding, sleep patterns, and any concerns, sharing regular updates with parents.
- Assist with light housekeeping related to the infant, such as sterilizing bottles, washing baby clothes, and maintaining a clean nursery.
- Ensure the infant's space is organized, safe, and equipped with necessary supplies.
- Stay aware of any potential health concerns or issues and respond appropriately to the infant’s medical needs.
- Work closely with parents to align on child-rearing philosophies and ensure seamless communication regarding the child’s care.
- Must be willing to relocate to Qatar.

Requirements - Candidates with nursing, pediatric care, or first-aid medical certifications are preferred, but not mandatory.
- Prior experience as a Nanny to infants or newborns is essential/mandatory.
- Certification in child CPR and first aid is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of infant development and appropriate care practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the family’s needs.
- Positive attitude and a passion for nurturing children.
- Relevant qualifications in childcare or education are a plus.
- Experience working as a Nanny in private households, especially for VVIP families, UHNWI, or HNW families, is highly desirable.
- Candidates with a background in Pediatric Nursing who are willing to work in a VVIP household are encouraged to apply.
- Must be willing to relocate to Qatar.
