We are seeking a Finance Controller to oversee financial controls, reporting, and compliance. This role ensures adherence to internal and external regulations and policies, including preparation of accurate financial reports and implementation of financial controls. The Finance Controller will collaborate with Business Unit (BU) Finance Controllers and Directors to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and drive operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing tax filings, working with tax authorities, ensuring compliance with Swedish GAAP, and executing financial controls.
Work cross-functionally by promoting collaboration and best practices in financial management.
Oversee financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and internal controls across business operations.
Partner with Global Tax to ensure compliance with local regulations and tax laws.
Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and financial reporting accuracy.
Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning in collaboration with FP&A.
Manage internal controls to minimize risks and support financial efficiency.
Work with business partners to provide actionable financial insights and KPIs.
Lead ad hoc projects, including M&A and process optimization initiatives.
University degree or equivalent; experience in accounting while experience in controllership will be considered as an advantage.
Experience in financial reporting and conducting financial forecasts.
Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and alignment with business goals.
Fluent in English and Swedish, with strong communication skills for senior stakeholder interactions.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to drive value, efficiency, and results while adapting to changing priorities.
Self-disciplined, target-driven, and able to work independently.
