Financing Manager -Treasury

SBA group unites >50 enterprises running in Lithuania and other Baltic and CEE countries with more than 3200 people working there.

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join our centralized Group Treasury unit, where you’ll be responsible for financing Group needs in a role as Financing Manager.

• Implementing Group funding strategy: Lead the process of debt financing, including the evaluation of funding options, negotiation of terms, and execution of debt transactions.
• Manage debt portfolios, including refinancing activities and covenant compliance.
• Keeping and developing relationship management with commercial, investment and development banks.
• Implement cash management strategies to optimize liquidity and maximize returns on cash assets.
• Implement FX and IRS hedging strategies to protect against market volatility.
• Follow industry trends and monitor the development of the regulatory framework; provide insights and updates to the management on the financing related topics in the market.

• 5+ years in corporate banking/treasury management or related fields.
• Practical experience with financial planning and working with credit institutions.
• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or any other related field degree.
• Strong English language skills (verbal and written).
• Possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills while working with the team and different stakeholders.
• Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple projects and working under strict deadlines.
• High level of ownership, accountability and be results oriented with can-do attitude.

The salary range for this position is 6 200 - 6 700 € (gross) per month with a competitive benefit package. The final offer will depend on experience and competence.
