The Group FP&A team is responsible for driving FP&A activities across the BMI Group such as Budget, Forecast, and Long Term Plan facilitation and providing various performance and ad hoc reporting with the analysis to BMI’s ELT. The main stakeholders of this team are CEO, CFO, and CMO.

As FP&A Analyst you will work closely with the Regional finance and business teams. You will support the day-to-day FP&A activities, assist with ad-hoc projects, support the preparation of Group presentations, strategic analysis, long-term strategic planning, and the target-setting process.

What you will be responsible for:

• Supporting your allocated regions with the month-end close and other FP&A activities
• Delivering weekly and monthly Management reporting for ELT
• Providing data analysis for the CFO and other ELT members
• Forecasting and budgeting (covering P&L,B/S and OCF)
• Taking on ad-hoc activities between month-end close and forecasting cycles (e.g. profitability analysis in different countries)
• Supporting various change projects

About You:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar field of expertise
• Advanced Excel, Google Sheets and slides knowledge
• University degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or Accounting fields or ACCA
• A Self-starter who can take initiative and embrace a fast-paced environment with challenges and change
• Has great attention to detail, and enjoys working collaboratively across virtual teams

Nice to have:

• HFM / SAP BPC / TM1 or any other consolidation software experience
• Experience with analysing large amounts of financial data
• Excellent in writing and speaking English
• Understand P&L, B/S and OCF
• Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud, Anaplan or Google Looker (or similar)

Salary starts from 3000 euro gross and depends on your experience.
