- Proven leadership in developing and managing teams, with a focus on talent planning and cultivating a culture of high performance and continuous development.
- Proven expertise in building trust-based client relationships while managing key accounts and negotiating terms.
- Skilled in providing strategic insights and expert guidance to both new and existing clients within the business unit’s core areas.
- A history of consistently delivering high-quality services, aligning teams and processes to meet customer expectations.
- Proven success in developing and executing growth strategies and driving key initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
- Experience working in IT/Tech companies, with a strong understanding of technology trends and their impact on business development.
- Strong interest in education, career development, the Future of Work, Industry 5.0, and the evolution of new-collar roles.
- A genuine enthusiasm and commitment to driving growth, building impactful partnerships, and leading innovative initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, compelling written and verbal presentations in both Lithuanian and English.
