Job Description

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the People Growth team. Aim of the position: implementing a strategic pillar of Ignitis Group strategy – building a continuous learning culture in Ignitis Group of companies. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Building, leading and developing a team of People Growth (Learning and Development) professionals within Ignitis Group;
  • Leading and enhancing the People Growth Strategy including L&D, Onboarding, Performance, succession planning and Talent Management;
  • Understanding the changing needs of the business and driving the People Growth agenda accordingly;
  • With the support of BI function building a clear L&D planning and reporting process;
  • Developing and implementing leadership programs to grow the capabilities of current and future leaders.
  • Integrating innovative learning methods such as digital platforms, peer-to-peer learning, and tailored training, to enhance overall organizational capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Learning & Development (L&D);
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing training programs;
  • Experience successfully leading a team;
  • Proficiency in modern Learning, Onboarding, and Performance Management solutions, including (but not limited to) e-learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and learning experience platforms (LXP);
  • Ability to conceptualize and create long-term solutions;
  • Strong skills in simplifying and explaining complex subjects clearly;
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and curious.
