As a Head of SEO and Growth, you will join a strong team of professionals. They initiate, innovate, automate and even challenge the boundaries of traditionally understood SEO functions. We expect you to be an analytical, business-savvy leader, who can utilize the team’s knowledge and capabilities towards reaching ambitious business goals.

Your day-to-day:

    • Lead and develop SEO and Growth Marketing team, inspire good teamwork & cooperation through empowerment and motivation.
    • Plan SEO and growth marketing strategy providing an ever-growing number of potential customers with a high propensity to convert using additional channels such as GitHub, YouTube, dev.to and other.
    • Connect SEO and Growth actions with business results through measurement and analytics.
    • Execute business results (revenue) oriented successful SEO strategies.
    • Overlook Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives to improve customer journey efficiency and increase conversion rates across Organic touch points.
    • Design and create new technologies that are widely used either by internal or external teams.

Your skills & experience:

    • Previous experience in leading company's SEO and Growth strategies, growing revenue.
    • 1 year of experience in leading and inspiring team.
    • Experience in identifying new channels (B2B preferred) for reaching the target audience/ ICP and testing them. Broader knowledge of Growth marketing practices would be considered as an advantage.
    • Proven track record of influencing decision-making about marketing strategy on the organizational level.
    • Excellent relationship building skills and track record of managing external marketing agencies and consultancies.
    • Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
    • Strong data interpretation skills and the ability to act on data.

Salary:

    • Gross salary: 4600 - 6000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
