We are looking for a responsible people loving colleague to join our HR team!


This is a maternity cover position (18 months contract).




PPMI (part of the Verian Group) is a leading European research and policy analysis centre. YOUR ROLE:

  • Prepare HR-related documentation, consult and support employees regarding daily questions.

  • Support key HR projects and processes (onboarding, offboarding, training, etc.).

  • Maintain all the data about employees and other HR-related information up to date. Prepare reports for the management and finance as required.

  • Develop, help enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are understood and followed across the organisation.

  • Collaborate with other internal functions.




BRING TOGETHER WITH YOU:



  • Care for people, can-do attitude, ownership.

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in employment document preparation; general knowledge of Lithuanian Labor Law and practices.

  • Diplomacy and discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential issues.

  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise work.



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.).



  • Proficiency in spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
