Your day-to-day:
- Keep our HRIS up-to-date and accurate, making sure employee data is always correct and easy to access.
- Handle and organize documentation, update employee files, contracts, and other important documents.
- Maintain the HRIS to meet the needs of the business.
- Keep HR dashboards up-to-date, deliver regular reports, and handle ad-hoc data requests by gathering and analyzing the info needed.
- Help streamline and automate HR processes to boost efficiency and ensure smooth operations
Your skills & experience:
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Operations Specialist or other relevant role.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Lithuanian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
- Analytical abilities.
- Previous experience in administering HR systems.
- Solid understanding of labor legislation.
- Attentiveness to details and precision.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC (Navision).
- Experience with HiBob (HRIS system).

Salary:
- Gross salary: 1900-2800 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
