Our clients is searching for an IBAN Account Business Sales Manager This role focuses on establishing and maintaining strong relationships with businesses, promoting Paytend’s cutting-edge payment solutions, and ensuring clients can successfully utilize IBAN accounts for their cross-border transactions. The sales manager will play a critical role in increasing market share, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business development and sales in the payments or financial services industry, with a strong understanding of IBAN accounts, cross-border payments, and B2B payment solutions. This individual should be highly results-driven, proactive in identifying new business opportunities, and adept at building long-term partnerships with key clients.
Responsibilities
- Business Development: Expand and maintain corporate clients, promote Paytend's IBAN account services and related payment solutions, and increase market share;
- Client Management: Understand client needs in depth, provide personalized financial services, and establish long-term, stable business relationships;
- Sales Targets: Develop sales plans, achieve business growth objectives set by the company, and drive the growth of IBAN account services;
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with trends in the payment industry, analyze market conditions and competitors, and optimize sales strategies;
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with compliance, risk control, operations, and technical teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and efficient usage of Paytend’s services for clients;
- Contract Negotiation: Lead business negotiations, facilitate contract signing, and ensure compliance while maintaining high customer satisfaction;
- Customer Support: Address client issues during account opening and usage, improve customer experience, and maintain strong business relationships.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in finance, banking, payments, or related industries. Experience in IBAN accounts, cross-border payments, or B2B payments is preferred;
- Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, marketing, or related field;
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus for international markets;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills with the ability to independently drive sales objectives;
- Market Awareness: In-depth understanding of the payment industry, bank account management, and fintech, with the ability to adapt quickly to market changes;
- Results-Oriented: Highly goal-driven and capable of performing under pressure to achieve sales targets;
- Excellent teamwork and cross-functional communication skills.
