Job Description

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Coordinating the execution of M&A transactions
  • Building and maintaining comprehensive valuation models, as well as various financial and commercial models to evaluate investment opportunities, divestments and support other strategic decisions
  • Leading due diligence process, reviewing and ensuring quality of transaction deliverables
  • Preparing and presenting investment-related materials to various stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Participating in/leading negotiations of M&A transaction documents
  • Proactively working with cross-functional internal project teams (e. g. legal, technical, commercial) as well as external counterparties
  • Providing ad-hoc input and analysis to senior management on various strategic decisions, long-term business planning and other business opportunities
  • Collaborating with other teams monitoring energy market trends and providing relevant analysis
  • Organizing tenders for professional services (e.g. advisors for Due Diligence)

Qualifications

  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management, Mathematics or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, advisory or related field
  • Track record in financial modeling, valuations
  • High level of accountability, clear and independent thinking, attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
  • Self-starter with experience and skills in project management
  • Proficient in presenting complex information clearly and simply while feeling comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels
  • Team player, with ability to collaborate with variety of teams (legal, technical, treasury etc.)
  • Excellent command of English

Would be an advantage:

  • Experience in negotiations of M&A transactions documents
  • CFA/ACCA or similar qualification
