We are currently seeking a talented: IT engineer to join our team.
Your responsibilities:
- Offer technical assistance to end-users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of servers, workstations, networking equipment, and peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications and ensure they are up-to-date and secure.
- Perform hardware maintenance, upgrades, and repairs as needed.
- Implement and follow security protocols to protect against unauthorized access, malware, and data breaches.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT configurations, procedures, and issue resolutions.
- Monitor and manage IT inventory, including hardware and software assets.
- Provide training to end-users on IT tools and best practices.
- Collaborate with team members and vendors to resolve complex technical issues and implement IT projects.
We believe that you have:
- Understanding of IT infrastructure components and principles.
- Basic knowledge of network protocols, security, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux, macOS).
- Ability to use English language fluently in verbal and written communication, including technical writing. Russian language would be considered a plus.
- Software installation and configuration.
- IT hardware components and maintenance.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- IT security basics and best practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
We offer:
Base monthly salary: 1880-2350€ (before tax). The specific salary can be negotiated and offered depending on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the position's requirements.
