Join us at Karo Healthcare on our exciting journey. We're currently looking for a Junior Accounts Receivable Accountant for our office in Kaunas.

As a Junior Accounts Receivable (AR) Accountant, you will play an essential role in the day-to-day management of accounts receivable activities within our Finance Center of Excellence. You will ensure timely and accurate processing of customer invoices, reconciliation of AR subledgers, and assist in reporting and continuous process improvements. This role will report directly to the Sub-Ledger Team Lead and involve collaboration with the global finance team and other business functions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Process customer invoices, allocate incoming payments to AR subledgers, and verify, classify, and post financial data.
  • Monitor outstanding receivables, follow up on overdue invoices, and manage reminder processes.
  • Assist with the analysis and posting of accruals related to accounts receivable.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable subledger balances with the General Ledger.
  • Prepare regular reports and analyses of accounts receivable performance and provide data for key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Address and resolve customer queries regarding invoices and payments.
  • Engage and collaborate with global finance colleagues and business stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and process flow.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and controls.
  • Support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the AR process.
  • Participate in the transition of tasks and processes from external entities into the Finance Center of Excellence in Lithuania and help shape the team’s operations.
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or in progress).
  • Some experience or internship in accounts receivable or general accounting is a plus.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international team environment.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or similar) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
