Responsibilities
- Conduct Due diligence and Know Your Customer (KYC) research for clients, as part of the business-wide Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance process;
- Maintaining the KYC Client Due Diligence (CDD)/Enhance Due Diligence (EDD) for the clients through periodic reviews and event driven reviews;
- Perform the required KYC screening on new clients by documenting and validating the information obtained on the client as required by the Global KYC Procedures utilizing a variety of independent research sources;
- Analyze Client data, documentation, and negative news in order to determine client risk profile as established under the Global KYC Procedures;
- Partner with Relationship Management and Compliance teams to assist with the preparation, development, due diligence and approval of the KYC records and supporting documentation;
- Ensure KYC records incorporate local regulatory requirements.
Requirements - Good excel knowledge;
- 6-12 months of prior relevant experience;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus;
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (preferred);
- Good understanding of KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to 2-3 times per week work from office in Vilnius.
