Junior Logistics Accountant

Join us at Karo Healthcare on our exciting journey. We're currently looking for a Logistics Controller for our office in Kaunas.

• Handling orders and invoicing related to 3PL
• Reconciliation of sale from order to sale statistics
• Inventory reconciliation between 3PL and IFS (volume and value)
• Monthly Accruals related to Inventory.
• Account Reconciliation
• Point of contact between 3PL and Karo for area of responsibility
• Point of contact for Finance Mangers and Business Controllers for process related to Invoicing and Inventory.
• Take an active part in the standardization and automatization of invoicing and inventory process
• Build knowledge and analytical skills within the area of Working Capital

Competencies:

• Experience in the Customer order process
• Inventory reconciliation
• Basic knowledge in accounting
• Analytical and an eye for deviations.
• Exam within Finance or Logistics

Personal characteristics:

• Organized and structured
• Eager to implement new technology and to automatize and simplify daily work for everybody in the process.
• University education in economics or logistics
