What success looks like in this role:
We are seeking an aspiring and proactive Junior Machine Learning Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing our generative AI-based knowledge generation and curation tool, specifically tailored for Fortune 500 companies IT Service Management. This position requires a deep curiosity about the latest developments in generative AI and a passion for applying these innovations to real-world challenges. The following points shall give you a more precise look into your future tasks:
Core Development: Actively participate in the hands-on development and enhancement of our AI systems, focusing on the integration of generative AI advancements.
Research and Experimentation: Continuously track and experiment with the latest advancements in generative AI technologies, integrating relevant findings into our systems to maintain a competitive edge. Engage in bi-weekly machine learning paper review meetings to stay current with the latest industry developments and apply new insights to our work.
Communication: Be able to to present your AI investigations results to both technical and business stakeholders.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Generative AI Implementation: Experience in implementing generative AI solutions in production environments, with an understanding of the associated challenges and best practices.
Proficiency in Python: Proficiency in Python and its machine learning libraries (e.g., Pandas, scikit-learn).
Algorithm and Data Structures: Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures, with the ability to apply this knowledge to solve complex problems.
Adaptability: Quick to grasp new technologies and concepts, staying ahead in a rapidly evolving field.
Curiosity in Generative AI: A genuine interest in exploring and applying the latest advancements in generative AI.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences in English.
