Role overview

As our very first Lead People Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture, influencing at the highest levels of the org, and co-building a high performing People function from its early beginnings.

Responsibilities

Act as the right-hand person to the Chief People Officer across all areas of the People function - you’ll play an instrumental leadership role with significant ownership

You’ll own all of People Business Partnership and Talent Development for our organization

Serve as a trusted advisor to your assigned teams on People-related matters, providing guidance and support on talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and performance management

Drive business unit strategic planning to align People goals with overall business objectives

Provide coaching and support to managers and execs on performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development

Own engagement survey action planning.

Requirements

7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR/ People Business Partner role

Demonstrated expertise in talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development

Proven track record of driving HR initiatives and programs that contribute to business success

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels

While the People team is mostly based in Lithuania, we prefer candidates located there.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
