Responsibilities:
- Assist with the implementation and delivery of company training programs
- Facilitate engaging training delivery of classroom and webinar programs
- Assist with the coordination of training events as necessary
- Design and produce a variety of learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, videos, job aids, and interactive content
- Review and edit content to ensure it meets quality standards, is free of errors, and aligns with branding and style guidelines
- Work with key stakeholders to develop impactful learning schedules
- Provide instructional design consultation and support to the project learning team.
Necessary Skills:
- Excellent multitasking, writing, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Excellent understanding of the latest thinking in adult learning concepts and techniques
- Digital communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Maintain high standards or personal integrity and work ethic
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms is highly desirable
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design, content creation, or a related role
- Fundamental understanding of learning principles, methodologies, and learning styles.

Monthly salary: from 2250 EUR gross (depending on your experience).
