Euronet, the leading global financial technology solutions and payments provider, seeks to employ Local Operations Coordinators whose primary focus will be to ensure industry leading uptime of our ATM networks across Lithuania, by maximizing and coordinating internal and external resources.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate the company’s different service providers that are required to support the ATM networks on a daily basis; Such services are Cash-in-Transit, ATM maintenance, telecommunications, security, installations, etc.
- Coordinate with Euronet centralized services (IT, Operations, Finance), in order to deploy the ATMs, solve installation issues and test new updates
- Coordinate cooperation of all parties involved in daily operational tasks and incident resolution
- Manage and maintain inventory of ATMs and sites
- Provide operational risk management
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree with Engineering or Operations orientation, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Operations or Supply Chain Management functions, in such sectors, as banking, telecommunications, retail or companies that manage networks of hardware assets where high uptime is crucial (e.g. vending machines, wind turbines, telecom towers, smart parcel delivery stations, EV smart chargers)
- Prior experience in the deployment of ATMs will be considered an advantage
- A proven track record in planning, issue management and quality assurance in complex operational projects with different platforms and systems; A track record in on-time delivery of projects, meeting budgets and satisfying the functional expectations of different parties
- Flexibility and readiness to travel frequently in the country
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
- Valid category B driving license
- Must have a legal right to work in Lithuania without the need for visa sponsorship
