TeleSoftas is looking for a creative and organized Marketing & Event Management Intern to join our Marketing and Growth Departments for a 3-month internship. You will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events, including webinars, virtual summits, meetups, and possibly larger conferences. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event management, from concept creation to post-event analysis, while engaging with diverse communities and contributing to our company’s goals. ✨
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist in planning and executing virtual and physical events, ensuring they align with company objectives
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, virtual platforms, and participant communication
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and maximize attendance
- Engage with community members to foster relationships and gather insights
- Support post-event analysis to identify successes and areas for improvement
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian, both written and verbal
- A proactive mindset and a creative approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience in event planning, marketing, or communications
- Familiarity with virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Hopin)
- Experience with social media and digital marketing strategies
- Paid Internship - 950€ gross.
- 3 months internship with mentor guidance and the potential for full-time employment based on your performance, proactivity, and motivation.
