About the role
The Marketing Manager will lead and execute key marketing initiatives to build brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales enablement. This role requires expertise in LinkedIn strategy, collaboration with external agencies, and the ability to align marketing with business objectives while leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity.
Responsibilities
- Build Brand Awareness: Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging. Lead LinkedIn strategy as the primary platform for thought leadership and oversee content marketing efforts.
- Drive Lead Generation: Manage campaigns, landing pages, and nurture programs to generate and convert leads.
- Enable Sales Success: Create tailored marketing materials, including case studies and client reviews, to support sales.
- Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with external agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns and creative assets.
- Leverage Market Insights: Use customer feedback and industry trends to adapt marketing strategies and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
Requirements - Proven 3+ years experience in marketing.
- AI Expertise: Proven experience leveraging AI tools to optimize marketing processes and productivity.
- LinkedIn Savvy: Strong understanding of LinkedIn strategies to build brand presence and generate leads. A track record of managing company accounts or personal accounts is a plus.
- Agency Collaboration: Demonstrated experience working with external agencies to outsource creative work, manage campaigns, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Sales Alignment: Ability to work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives and improve customer experience.
- Client-Centric Mindset: Strong understanding of customer needs and industry trends to develop relevant, impactful strategies.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus, and any additional languages will be considered valuable.

Salary range - from 3000 EUR to 4000 EUR before taxes.
