Master Data Analyst

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (Hybrid)

The Master Data Analyst role is part of our Data and Integration Platform team, it will be key to unlocking the power of master data at JM. Global Master Data Integration Operations is a Shared Service for Master Data Management (MDM) supporting all of JM.

The Master Data Analyst will create and maintain a number of globally administered master data objects across Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Enterprise Systems. The role ensures that all data is maintained according to the standards, policies and other reference documentation applicable. In addition, it ensures that master data is maintained consistently across systems (SAP and non-SAP) that use that master data.

Your responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the master data in Enterprise Systems according to the documented metadata element definitions as well as working within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements of the service definition for master data maintenance.

  • Acting as subject matter expert on master data towards data owners and data requestors.

  • Ensuring that data replication across Enterprise Systems is monitored and checked for consistency and accuracy, and appropriate actions are taken when necessary.

  • Maintaining routine quality checking on master data and taking appropriate actions on deviations from norms as well as ensuring consistent use of data across systems.

  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the engineering and business teams.

  • Fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.

Requirements for the role:

  • Previous data management experience is a must. Experience with SAP MDG and/or Business Objects Data Services would be considered an advantage.

  • Experience in working directly with business teams.

  • Methodical approach, attention to detail.

  • Logical, process-based approach to problem solving.

  • Rigorous and disciplined approach.

  • Business analysis experience would be beneficial.

How you will be rewarded:

Salary range for this position is from 35,000 to 52,500 EUR per year depending on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. This role is also eligible to receive discretionary annual bonus that aligsn with individual and company performance.
