The Master Data Operations Lead role, as part of our Data and Integration Platforms team, will be key to unlocking the power of master data at JM.
The Master Data Operations Lead is responsible for the coordination of Master Data Operations within the Master Data Integration Operations Team. The role is the principle point of contact relating to the data services provided and the quality of reference and master data supporting across JM.
The Master Data Operations Lead is custodian of the processes designed to support services provided by all sections within Master Data Integration Operations Services. In this capacity, the role manages a team of (senior and) master data analysts and works more broadly across the Data & Integration Platforms and JM business teams.
Your responsibilities:
Maintenance of formal, documented procedures (aligned to process with roles/responsibilities) to support execution of Data Operations (MDG, SAP) and other data management applications as necessary.
Tracking of the performance of services in the GDS Service catalogue using MDG, the IT Service Management application and any other tracker documents (e.g. for the data control framework).
Managing subject matter expertise, guidance, and support on MDG and SAP procedures to colleagues to maximize and standardise usage of MDG and SAP and related data application functionality.
Management / approval of the MDG, Data Application and SAP Master Data roles.
Collation of User requests for improvement to Reference and Master Data Processes, triage and assessment with the operations team for priority and value-add.
Interpreting functional requirements for improvement of MDG and manual processes supporting extend functional scope for master data management. Acceptance of new functionality or processes taken into service by the Data Operations Section.
Experience of managing master data for large SAP (or similar) solution in an international manufacturing environment.
Experience with SAP MDG or master data management.
Previous team management experience.
Experience in working directly with Business teams.
Salary range for this position is from 48,500 to 72,500 EUR per year depending on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. This role is also eligible to receive discretionary annual bonus that align with individual and company performance.
