Your day-to-day:

    • Own the day-to-day relationship and communication management of your dedicated international B2B customer portfolio.
    • Identify and utilize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
    • Ensure seamless customer experience: by generating new value-creating ideas, identifying long-term account objectives, navigating technical topics and levering internal stakeholder communications.
    • Manage agreements, renewals, and ensure proactive attrition management by identifying at-risk accounts and developing detailed action plans.
    • Supervise CRM and keep the data updated.

Your skills and experience:

    • Previous experience in B2B account management or a related customer-facing role with a demonstrated ability to deliver positive results for customers.
    • Fluency in written and spoken English.
    • Experience with inbound sales.
    • Relationship building and problem-solving abilities.
    • Negotiation and objection-handling skills.
    • Creativity and thinking out-of-the box.
    • Eagerness to learn, keen eye for business and self-development opportunities.

    • Nice to have requirements:
    • Background in tech industries.
    • Experience with customer service/support.

Salary:

    • Gross salary: 2320 - 3600 EUR/month + bonuses. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
