Now, we’re looking for a Sales Manager (Mid-Senior) to help us grow and build strong relationships with MyBee clients.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Actively seeking new customers and managing the full sales cycle – from first contact to closing the deal
- Building strong relationships with existing clients
- Making it clear how MyBee's services add value for B2B and B2C clients and creating proposals
- Analyzing sales data and customer feedback, sharing insights to support company growth
- Collaborating with Operations, Fleet Management, and other teams to make sure customers have a smooth experience
- Hitting and exceeding sales targets while delivering top-notch customer service
- Contributing to sales process development, helping optimize strategies and workflows
We’re looking for someone who:
- Brings experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or a similar role
- Demonstrates a proven ability to exceed targets and drive significant growth
- Has awesome communication and people skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Has strong time management skills and can thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
- Is familiar with CRM software, strong Excel skills, and other sales tools
- Is fluent in both English and Lithuanian.

Monthly salary:
2200 – 3300 €/mon. Gross. Specific amount will be offered based on your work experience and competencies.
