Your role at Hostinger

Office Administrator in the Business Operations team. As part of Hostinger's Business Operations team, you'll be responsible for welcoming guests, managing deliveries, organizing business trips and events, and ensuring smooth office operations. You'll be the go-to person for office questions, ensuring a smooth and welcoming environment while always reflecting Hostinger's values in your work.

Your skills and experience

    • A proactive attitude and positive energy: you are willing to take on any task and help wherever needed;
    • 1+ years experience providing administrative support;
    • Previous administrative work experience in an international environment would be an advantage;
    • Exceptional organizational skills & ability to plan and execute multiple tasks;
    • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-changing environment;
    • You are a fast learner that is not afraid to think outside the box;
    • Excellent communication skills and empathy;
    • Attention to detail and ownership;
    • A keen sense of what makes a work environment great;
    • Fluency in English and Lithuanian;
    • Ability to work on-site (full time);

Your day-to-day

    • Be the first person to greet our guests and team members;
    • Accept parcels and deliveries;
    • Ensure the office operates smoothly: all necessary equipment and supplies are ordered and ready to be used;
    • Organize business trips, workations, team buildings, off-sites;
    • Be attentive and focused: make sure that all items are invoiced and paid on time;
    • Own in-house or off-site activities: events, conferences & celebrations;
    • Be the Ambassador of Hostinger principles in everything you do - be the go-to person for office inquiries & maintain an inspiring working environment.

Compensation

    • Gross salary from 1700 -2300 EUR/month (depending on your experience)
