As a Platform Lead for our CXP platfrom, you will be responsible for managing the Customer Experience platform and its ecosystem to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design and implement solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of Liferay-based applications, ensuring that they are scalable, maintainable, and meet business requirements.
As a CXP Platform Lead, you will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest CXP features, technologies, and best practices and share your knowledge with the team. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring that they are aligned with business objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the CXP development team, ensuring that they are delivering high-quality deliverable on time and within budget. There is an expectation that the candidate will be technically capable to facilitate technical sizing and delegation of tasks – enabling the removal of blockers through technical competence.
You will work alongside delivery leads, software engineers, automated testers, designers and architects as well as deeply integrate with stakeholders outside of IT and within the business. This is a rare chance to shape the technical direction of a 200-year-old company.
Your responsibilities:
Champion the CXP Platform: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their customer experience needs and translate them into actionable CXP platform requirements.
Stakeholder Management & Advocacy: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across business units engineering. Secure buy-in for CXP platform initiatives and champion the platform's value proposition
Vendor Management & Road mapping: Manage relationships with platform vendors and technology partners. Partner with them to define roadmaps that align with business and technical needs. Negotiate service agreements and manage vendor performance to ensure they meet agreed SLAs.
Resource Management: Develop and execute a resource plan to support the platform strategy and roadmap. This includes managing team capacity, skills development in CXP platform technologies and allocation of budget for external resources like consultants or training.
Platform Strategy & Roadmap: Lead the development of a comprehensive CXP platform strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure platform evolution
Inspire High-Performing Teams: Build and manage a high-performing CXP platform team. Cultivate a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented environment. Mentor and coach team members to achieve their full potential in design, development, and support.

Requirements for the role:
You should be technically competent and experienced with CXP platforms – able to help problem solve and delegate where . You will be seen as the technical expert in your area (CXP Platforms, Liferay Platform, Java, Front End Development and database management, React.js, Web and behaviour Analytics tools, Azure CDN).
Extensive experience in service delivery, shared services, resource management and management of third parties in the delivery chain.
Project management experience and an understanding of agile methodologies.

How you will be rewarded:
Salary range for this position is from 50,500 to 93,500 EUR per year depending on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. This role is also eligible to receive discretionary annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Other rewards and benefits include the following:
