Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives;
  • Manage procurement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and opportunities for improvement;
  • Evaluate and select suppliers based on performance, quality, and sustainability criteria;
  • Monitor market trends and supplier performance to optimize procurement processes;
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in procurement activities.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Experience in procurement or supply chain management, experience in the logistics industry - advantage;
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions;
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience in supplier management;
  • Fluent in Russian, knowledge of English is an advantage;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

 

We offer:

Base monthly salary: 3290€ - 4110€ (before tax) and bonus system. The specific salary can be negotiated and offered depending on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the position's requirements.
