In this role, you’ll have full ownership of the business travel process, overseeing everything from planning to execution. Collaborate with experienced procurement professionals, sharpening your negotiation skills while delivering real value. Your day-to-day:
- Business travel procurement: handle procurement for business travel category, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation;
- Internal coordination: liaise with various departments to understand needs and requirements; provide solutions that align with company policies and budgets;
- Cost control: minimizing costs while maintaining quality and compliance with company policies; where applicable – enhancing process to achieve best value for money;
- Vendor Management: build and maintain relationships with service providers, negotiate competitive rates;
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on expenses, usage patterns, and cost-saving opportunities;
- IT procurement: support on various software related procurement activities.
Your skills & experience:
- Previous experience in business travel or administration area;
- Strong communication skills;
- Customer service orientation: to provide excellent support to employees, ensuring their travel experiences are smooth and well-coordinated;
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving;
- Attitude: high level of integrity, a commitment to quality, and an eagerness to learn and grow within the procurement field.
- Experience in procurement function;
- Proficiency in travel analytics tools and experience with cost-saving initiatives in corporate travel.

Salary:
- Gross salary: 1660 - 2320 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
