Product Analyst

As part of the Strategy and Product Development Team, you will leverage data and insights that will turn into high-impact strategies that help to attract major foreign direct investment projects. Here, your analytical expertise will contribute to real change – helping to shape policies and drive economic growth. 

What will you do? 

• Analyze FDI projects and trends to generate clear, actionable insights that inform strategic decisions. 

• Evaluate overall FDI attraction results and their economic impact. 

• Conduct product-level analysis to identify emerging trends and new opportunities. 

• Contribute data-driven insights to marketing reports, presentations and other related materials. 

• Support the team with ad-hoc analytics and research tasks. 

• Provide data-backed insights to government stakeholders and other partners. 

What do we expect from you? 

• Higher education (preferably in Economics, Mathematics, Business Management or related field). 

• At least 2 years of experience as an analyst, researcher, or in a similar role. 

• An interest in economics, business environment and global trends. 

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with data analysis. Previous experience working with data visualization and business intelligence software (like Tableau or Power BI) would be considered an advantage. 

• Expertise in crafting compelling presentations and data visualizations that effectively communicate insights to diverse stakeholders. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English. 

• Creativity and drive to improve, learn, and achieve big results—in other words, a desire to challenge and change the status quo. 

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and consistently meet deadlines.

• Gross salary from 2000 - 2600 Eur/month, depending on candidate’s qualifications and experience level.
