Join our Global Finance Services department in Vilnius
In Global Finance Services (GFS), you will become part of COWI's Business Support. GFS is constantly looking for new ways to improve efficiency of company's financial processes and add value to the business operations by providing relevant financial insights and building sustainable relationships with its stakeholders.
In this position, you will join our global team of experts and work closely with project managers. Your primary task in our team will be to support global engineering projects from a financial perspective.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:
Timely invoicing to customers
Project controlling activities (e.g. providing insights in relation to project overruns, contingency, work in progress, estimate to complete, etc.)
Timely closure of the projects
Preparing timely and meaningful project reporting package
Maintaining constructive and value-adding relationships with Project Managers

To succeed in this position, we believe that you should be a service-minded, flexible person who is excellent at building relationships, attentive to details and always open to new challenges.
On top of that, you:
You hold a bachelor’s or master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
You have 1-2 years of experience within the field
You have an understanding of accounting principles
You are proficient in Microsoft Excel.
